How will my order be shipped?

Orders are sent via CTT. CTT delivers Monday through Friday – excluding national and local holidays – without notice or fixed time. We do not ship orders to PO Boxes.

Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address. Upon reception, a signature from the receiver will be requested. In case no one is available to sign, CTT will leave a notice with directions for pickup at a nearby CTT station.

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the shipping address.

What are the delivery times?

If you confirm your order in a business day until 12h00 and pay by Credit Card or Paypal, your order will be shipped the next business day. If you choose to pay by Multibanco Reference we will only ship after we receive payment. This may take between 5 to 7 days.

LITTLE RIDDLE won’t be liable for non-compliance with, or delay in performing, any obligation due to a force majeure event, that is, to an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging for damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer must not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned by the carrier. LITTLE RIDDLE will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.

Any claim of non-reception of the order must be made within 30 days from date of order confirmation. After this deadline, LITTLE RIDDLE cannot be held responsible for its loss.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been delivered to CTT, you will receive an email from us with its tracking number. You can follow the delivery status on the CTT website.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by email to info@littleriddlestore.com.

It will not be possible to cancel orders already sent. However, you can always make exchanges – please see our returns policy.

What is our return policy?

The return is possible under the Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal, and in case of defective products, or for exchanges.

As for the first case, see "Right to Withdrawal" and "Effects of Withdrawal".

As for returns for defective products or replacements: returned products must be in perfect condition (except for any defects that might motivate a return) without any use, in their original packaging and with all labels.

Only in the case of a defective product will LITTLE RIDDLE be responsible for the cost of the return method previously agreed with Customer Service.

The replacement of products always depends on the existing possibilities and on a prior agreement with the customer service.

Please always include a copy of the delivery receipt so that we can refund the product.
