Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The following stipulations, complemented by the statements in Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are intended to define the general conditions of sale, established between LITTLERIDDLE, Unipessoal, Lda., hereinafter referred to as LITTLE RIDDLE and the user of the website www.littleriddlestore.com.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by LITTLE RIDDLE. Changes take effect from the moment they are posted on the website. Subsequent access and use of the website by the user is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the amended Terms and Conditions.

 

Order

By ordering, the user warrants that any and all information given is true and complete.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent confirming that your order has been received.

All orders are subject to acceptance by LITTLE RIDDLE and product availability. The sales contract is only considered concluded when and if LITTLE RIDDLE confirms, by email, the shipment of the product being purchased.

Unless otherwise specified, special offers do not cumulate with any other promotion.

 

How to buy

  1. Browse our www.littleriddlestore.com website by choosing the category(ies) and subcategory(ies).
  2. View the product(s) you are interested in. Click on the article and enter the product page.
  3. View its information (reference, photo, description, composition, available colours and sizes, and price).
  4. Select an item and add it to your shopping basket. You can then choose between continuing to purchase or processing your order.
  5. If you wish to process your order you have the option to do so by registering or finalizing the purchase without registration. At the top right of the screen you can follow the number of items you have in your shopping bag and its value.
  6. After entering the data and verifying that all order details are correct, you must finalize the order.
  7. The order delivery address may differ from the billing address. Select a payment method: Credit Card, Multibanco Reference, and PayPal.
  8. Confirm your order by clicking “Submit Order” to complete the process. You will be redirected to the order confirmation page with all of the details. You will also receive an email confirming your order.
  9. Once the payment confirmation is received, your order will be processed and delivered to CTT for shipment. You will be notified of this submission by email with the respective tracking number.
  10. After the transaction your invoice/receipt will be sent by email.

Product Prices

Product prices are set in Euros. Their final cost may vary depending on the country of delivery (e.g.: shipping costs).

Defective Products

All products are sold in perfect condition. If, exceptionally, you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately.

Correlation between photo and article

The photos viewed on the LITTLE RIDDLE website are illustrative of the product that will be sent to you. They are not the photos from the product you will receive. There may be slight differences to the product being viewed. For products made using artisanal processes, these slight differences may be more frequent.

Also note that the image and colors of the products displayed differ depending on the specific characteristics of the web browser and monitor used.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an article that does not correspond to your request, please contact our customer service immediately.

Sold Out Articles

If an article you ordered is out of stock, we will try to make it available again as soon as possible. If no stock is available, the item will be removed from the website.

Right to Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdrawal of the contract, without needing to indicate the reason. The period for exercising this right to withdrawal expires 14 days from the date of receipt of order.

The abovementioned withdrawal is effective only if a claim is sent to LITTLE RIDDLE within the time limit, for example by post, stating the unequivocal will of the customer.

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of termination of this contract, you will be refunded the full amount of the order, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the date LITTLE RIDDLE is informed of the decision to terminate this contract.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you. In any case, you do not incur any costs with such a refund.

LITTLE RIDDLE will only refund after receiving the returned goods, which should be in perfect condition, unused, in the original packaging and with all labels.

Please include a copy of the delivery receipt so we can reimburse you.

LITTLE RIDDLE is not responsible for return costs unless the item is defective. Nor is it responsible for the eventual loss of products in transit.

Dispute Management

According to Law No. 144/2015 we inform that in case of a dispute, the competent court shall be the CACCL - Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of Lisbon.
